2. Estimates and Pricing

Our AI-powered estimates are based on the photos and descriptions you provide. While we strive for accuracy, estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The actual cost may differ based on:

• The actual volume, weight, or condition of items (which may differ from photos).
• Accessibility of the items (stairs, narrow hallways, distance from vehicle).
• Items not shown in the original photos.
• Disposal or dump fees that vary by item type.

If the actual scope of work differs significantly from the estimate, we will discuss the revised price with you before proceeding. You are never obligated to proceed if the final price does not work for you.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, clear photos and honest descriptions of the items for removal.
• Ensure safe access to the items on the day of pickup.
• Be present (or have someone present) at the scheduled pickup time.
• Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your booking.

4. Items We Cannot Accept

• Medical or biological waste.
• Explosive or flammable materials.

If we arrive and discover prohibited items, we reserve the right to decline removal of those specific items.
